Return Policy

You may return items to RWI for an exchange or a full refund, as long as they are returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, unused and undamaged, in the original packaging with full contents. Personalized signs, whether by RWI or the customer, cannot be returned or credited. We will process your return promptly and will exchange or remit your refund in the same form of payment as originally used for purchase (less any free shipping amount used at purchase), within thirty (30) business days of our receiving your return. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
